ForcesAtlas is a searchable database that collates research on the health and wellbeing of the Armed Forces Community alongside operational military medicine into a single, comprehensive resource. Designed to support evidence synthesis, evidence curation, and systematic reviews, it makes critical knowledge freely accessible to healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers, and the military community worldwide.

To advance the health and wellbeing of the Armed Forces Community worldwide by making research universally accessible, discoverable, and actionable. We bridge the gap between research and practice, enabling evidence-based care and informed policy decisions.
How we work
ForcesAtlas is built using Generative AI combined with manual human review. Our hybrid approach ensures comprehensive coverage while maintaining high standards for relevance and quality:
- Identification: We systematically monitor global research databases and publications to identify articles relevant to Armed Forces Community health and operational military medicine
- AI-Powered Processing: Generative AI is used to categorise, tag, and summarise research, helping you discover related work across topics
- Human Review: All automated processing is validated by human experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Weekly Updates: The database is updated weekly with newly identified and curated articles
- Export & Access: All curated research is freely searchable, with tools to export citations in RIS, BibTeX, and CSV formats
